about

I am a graduate of Seattle Pacific University, where I studied English Literature. I have twice been a visiting student at the University of Oxford, Wycliffe Hall. I grew up in New Hampshire and Michigan. I have played the violin since age four.

In the fall, I moved to New Haven, Connecticut, to begin an MAR in Religion and the Arts, literature track, at Yale. In my studies, I will be particularly interested in exploring twentieth- and twenty-first-century literature that pertains to Christian faith and homosexuality.

My work has appeared in TranspositionsLingua, and Crux Literary Journal.

I used this blog to share personal essays, poetry, and, less frequently, thoughts on current events. The story behind the website’s title is here.
